Abstract: After the prospective and retrospective clinico–catamnestic, clinico-psychological and laboratory analysis of 54 cases of schizophrenia, (from which 25 patients with organic deterioration and 29 patients associated with alcohol and drug abuse) were found certain pathoplastic characteristics in the clinico-evolutive picture of the morbid process. This paper describes some features of disease treatment in case of combination of schizophrenia with other mental, behavioral disorders and / or alcohol abuse.
