Abstract: Narcomania has become a seriuos and extremely difficult problem of public health with psychopathologic, somato-pathologic, familial, professional, social, economical and, very often, criminogenic consequences. In the basis of study of particularities of diverse etyological models of psychoactive substanses consumption it was possible to elaborate recommendations regarding primary prophylaxis of narcomania. Narcomaniile au devenit o serioasă şi extrem de dificilă problemă de sănătate publică cu consecinţe psihopatologice, somatopatologice, familiale, profesionale, sociale, economice şi foarte frecvent criminogene. În baza studierii particularităţilor a diverse modele etiologice de utilizare a substanţelor psihoactve a fost posibilă elaborarea recomendărilor privind profilaxia primară a narcomaniei.
