Abstract: The emergence of drug resistant tuberculosis poses a growing threat to national Public Health Sector. There were studied the minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentrations (MBC) against M. tuberculosis reference strain (H37Rw) of new drugs (compounds synthetisized of Tioureide Acid 2-(2-Pheniletil)-Benzoic). It was determined that the minimum inhibitory concentration of the substance synthesized C24H24N2OS, M = 388,54N-(2-fenetilbenzoil)-N’-(3-etilfenil)-tioureis 10 µg/ml. Apariţia tuberculozei rezistentă la medicamente reprezintă o ameninţare a sectorului de Sănătate Publică. Au fost studiate concentraţiile minime inhibitorii (CMI) şi concentraţiile minime bactericide (CMB), față de M.tuberculosis tulpina de referinţă (H37Rw) a unor noi medicamente (compusi sintetizați ai tioureidelor acidului 2-(2’-feniletil)-benzoic). A fost stabilită concentraţia minimă inhibitorie a substanţei sintetizată C24H24N2OS, M = 388,54 N- (2-fenetilbenzoil)-N'-(3-etilfenil)-tioureeis de 10 µg/ml.
