Afectarea măduvei oaselor în limfoamele non-Hodgkin mediastinale

Abstract

There were studied the clinical peculiarities, the frequency of bone marrow involvement in the mediastinal non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas. It was established that involvement of bone marrow has been recorded in 36,4% of cases and has occured in patients aged up to 60, predominantely in children. The risk factors in the appearance of bone marrow metastasis were the big size of the tumour formations of the primary focus.

Au fost studiate particularităţile clinice şi frecvenţa afectării măduvei oaselor în limfoamele non-Hodgkin (LNH) mediastinale. S-a constatat că în LNH mediastinale afectarea măduvei oaselor s-a înregistrat în 36,4% cazuri şi a avut loc la pacienţii cu vârsta până la 60 de ani, preponderent la copii. Factori de risc în apariţia metastazelor în măduva oaselor au fost dimensiunile mari ale formaţiunilor tumorale ale focarului primar.
