Aprecierea rezultatelor tratamentului radioterapic al cancerului ovarian recidivant şi metastatic în bazinul mic în caz de rezistenţă la preparatele chimioterapice

Abstract

The article focuses on evaluation of the results of radiotherapeutic treatment of recurrent and metastatic ovarian cancer in the pelvis in case of chemotherapeutic resistance. Authors have highlighted the advantages of associated radiotherapy (telegamatherapy+ brachytherapy) over radiotherapy alone (telegamatherapy) in patients with recurrent and metastatic ovarian cancer in case of chemotherapeutic resistance.

Studiul este consacrat tratamentului radioterapic al pacientelor cu recidive şi metastaze de cancer ovarian in bazinul mic. S-au evidenţiat avantajele radioterapiei asociate (telegamaterapia + brahyterapia) faţă de efectuarea radioterapiei (telegamaterapia) la pacientele cu cancer ovarian recidivant şi metastatic în bazinul mic în caz de rezistenţă la preparatele chimioterapice.
