Abstract: The work is based on the analysis of results of hearing aid fitting and includs 82 patients with senzorineural hearing loss, children and adults. It was shown that adaptation to hearing aids is an important moment in electroacoustic recovery of hearing because its results is largely dependent upon the possibilities of verbal rehabilitation and harmoniying in the society of people with hearing loss. Key words: Senzorineural hearing loss, hearing aids, forecast of adverse events. Lucrarea se bazează pe analiza rezultatelor protezării auditive a 82 pacienţi copii şi adulţi cu surditate neurosenzorială. S-a demonstrat faptul că adaptarea către proteza auditivă este un moment important în compartimentul recuperării electroacustice a auzului, deoarece de rezultatele ei în mare măsură depind posibilităţile recuperării electroacustice a auzului.
