Abstract: The work represents a retrospective study of a group of 28 children with celiac disease. Delayed diagnosis of celiac disease at the age of three was observed in 1% of patients. Nutritional peculiarities, such as intake of gluten-containing food wheat, cereals porridge were detected. Gluten-free diet in treatment of infants with celiac disease increased then weight within two weeks. Lucrarea prezintă un studiu retrospectiv a unui lot de 28 copii cu boala celiacă. Diagnosticul tardiv către vârsta de trei ani a fost confirmat la 1% din cazuri. Erorile alimentare cu introducerea produselor cu conţinut înalt de gluten: paste făinoase, terciuri din cereale, au fost detectate. Dieta agliadinică a sporit creşterea ponderală a copiilor cu boala celiacă în două săptămâni.
