Abstract: There were included 124 children in the research group. Their age was about 0 – 18 years old. They suffered from renourinary infections associated with various forms of congenital anomalies of the urinary system. 84 In the study group were included children with positive diagnosis of urinary tract infection (UTI) and urinary malformation. It was applied the standard examination protocol in all cases. It was estimated that investigations showed echographic anomalies in 92%, vesicoureteral reflux in 47.5% and hydronephrosis in 37% of cases, in children with the initial UTI diagnosis. Pre-, intra- and postoperative evolution was followed up on the initial and long-term period.
