RITMUL CRONOBIOLOGIC DE ADAPTARE AL ECHILIBRULUI ACIDO-BAZIC ŞI ELECTROLIŢILOR ÎN SÂNGE LA NOU-NĂSCUŢII SĂNĂTOŞI ÎN PRIMELE 5 ZILE DE VIAŢĂ

Abstract

There was performed a research on the acid-base balance and electrolytes in blood of healthy new borns in te first hours after birth, then within 12 hours, 24 hours, 36 hours, 48 hours, 60 hours, 72 hours, and on the 5th day of life. It was established that he chronobiological rhythm of acid-base balance in healthy new borns represents reduced metabolic acidosis in blood within the following hours:12, 24, 36, 60 and 72 after birth, and to 48 hours of life – a rise in the acidosis level.

Cercetarea echilibrului acido-bazic şi electroliţilor în sânge s-a efectuat la nou-născuţii sănătoşi în prima oră după naştere, apoi la vârsta de 12 ore, 24 ore, 36 ore, 48 ore, 60 ore, 72 ore şi a 5-a zi de viaţă. S-a constatat că ritmul cronicobiologic al echilibrului acido-bazic la nou-născuţi sănătoşi se caracterizeaza prin diminuare acidozei metabolice în sânge către ora: 12, 24, 36, 60 şi 72 după naştere, iar către 48 ore de viaţă – prin creştere a acidozei.
