EVALUAREA PERFORMANŢELOR NEURO-DEVELOPMENTALE LA COPII DE VÂRSTĂ MICĂ

Abstract

A detailed neurological examination is needed to assess the early disorder the central nervous system in infants. In this paper we assess the main suspected symptoms of the neuropsychic deterioration that are suggestive for neurological pathologies in children. We summarize the assessment’s stages, the multi-causal clinical aspects, the neurological symptomatology, and the degree of neuro-psycho-motor deficiency according to the child’s age and pathology origin.

Examinarea detaliată neurologică este indicată pentru depistarea precoce a bolilor sistemului nervos central la copiii mici. În studiul prezent au fost apreciate cele mai importante simptome sugestive pentru degradarea neuropsihologică și probabilitatea prezenței unei afectiuni neurologice la copil. Au fost rezumate etapele de observație, aspectele clinice multifactoriale, simptomatologia neurologică și gradul de eșec neuro-psiho-motor, în funcție de vârsta și originea bolii.
