Dereglările metabolismului lipidic în hipotiroidia primară

Abstract

The paper examines changes in lipid metabolism in patients with primary hypothyroidism. It has been found, increasing the levels of total cholesterol, LDL-C, triglycerides compared with healthy persons. These disturbances correspond with increased risk of developing cardiovascular diseases. After treatment with L-thyroxine during 3 months was observed positive dynamics of lipid metabolism indices – total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol. Increasing of lipid indices can be considered an important indicator for increasing the dose of L-thyroxine.

В статье рассматриваются изменения липидного обмена у больных с первичным гипотиреозом. Выявлено повышение уровня общего холестерина, холестерина ЛПНП, триглицеридов по сравнению со здоровыми лицами. Эти нарушения соответствуют повышенному риску развития сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. На фоне лечения L-тироксином в течение 3-х месяцев наблюдается положительная динамика показателей липидного обмена – общего холестерин, холестерина низкой плотности.
