Examenul stabilometric în dereglările ortostatice ale displaziilor lombosacrate la copii

Abstract

The dereglation of the function of ortostatic equilibrium, maintaining the locomotor apparatus, is one of the most frequent causes of the loss of work capacity and invalidization. The authors have stabilometrically examined 30 children manifesting differing lombosacral dysplasia. The pathological positions of anterior displasic affections are more difficult to address imagistically and clinically than those displasic affections which are posterior.

Нарушение функции равновесия часто является причиной потери трудоспособности и инвалидности. Авторами стабилометрическим методом были обследованы 30 детей с нарушениями статики вследствие диспластического процесса в пояснично-крестцовом отделе позвоночника. Выявлено, что вариант нарушения ортостатики вследствие усиления поясничного лордоза является наиболее неблагоприятным.
