| Abstract: | Summary. Doppler ecography is a useful tool in assessment of the acute scrotum. Presented study is demonstrating a decreased rate of surgical explorations of the scrotum in this group of patients. Moreover, Doppler ultrasound demonstrated a high level of accuracy in imaging of such entities, as acute epididimytis and torsion of the testis. |
