Abstract: Summary. The migration of the concrements over the ureter in case of patients with ureteral stones is usually accompanied by renal colic accesses and other urodynamic complications. Doppler examination of the urinary tracts for this kind of patient, allows a dynamic determination of the uretero-bladder jet and of the renal obstruction. There was organized a study over a group of 90 patients with Doppler ultrasound monitoring of the urinary tracts for the patients with ureteral stones. Based on this examination it was determined that, this method of investigating offers the possibility to forecast the treatment and to reduce the quantity of the radiological and radioisotope investigations.
