Abstract: Summary. Neurological symptoms in cases of urolithiasis patients is characterized by states of irritation, restlessness, provision unstable, stable sleep disorders: insomnia, somnolence day and night, dreams of horror based on a single topic. Subsequently these events are changing the signs of „exhaustion”: fatigue, anxiety, excessive anger with infantile regression. Asthenia syndrome is manifested at the beginning of the disease and lasts throughout them. A specific feature of fatigue is its association with hyperesthesia and exhausted athlete. Mental disorders do not exceed the neurotic intensity, but are persistent and obsessive. Several studies have reported that symptoms of anxiety and depression are significantly associated with disease characterized by painful crises. Urolithiasis is part of this set of diseases.
