| Abstract: | Summary. Congenital anomalies of kidneys in children represent serious medical and surgical problems especially in their tendency to progress with urinary tract infections that are generated, giving frequent relapses, acute exacerbation, difficulties for their surgical correction. Prognosis is dependent on early detection of congenital anomalies of kidneys as obstructive, removing them during remission. Immediate and retarded results are stipulated by evolutionary stage in which treatment was surgical, correct surgical indication, pre-and postoperative treatments and appropriate placing. |
