| Abstract: | Summary. In given article is generalized the experience of supervision and treatment of 91 children with the syndrome of „acute scrotum”, who where admitted in our clinic during the 2005-2008 years. An early diagnose and surgical treatment is the first and necessary step among the measures taken in order to improve the medical prognosis for children with the torsion of appendages Morgagni, testicular torsion, trauma of testis. |
