Indicatorii de calitate ai serviciului de dializă

Abstract

Summary. We have proposed a set of the indicators of dialysis service’s quality determination in the Republic of Moldova. Proposed indicators are „process” and „result” type indicators and offer the possibility of determination of the dialysis service quality in patients both with acute and chronic kidney failure. Practical implementation of these indices will contribute to the determination of the population’s need in dialysis service, evaluation of the well-timed diagnosis of acute and chronic kidney failure, appreciation of the efficacy of implementation of preventive measures against acute and chronic kidney failure, determination of the quality of acute and chronic dialysis as well as analysis of the dialysis centers’ performance. Different indicators are proposed in order to provide the differential implementation at the level of specialized nephrological and urological services, acute care units as well as dialysis centers themselves.
