| Abstract: | Experienta noastră constă în tratamentul prin artroplastie totală de genunchi la 195 bolnavi cu maladii degenerative ale genunchiului, 16 bolnavi cu artită
reumatoidă localizată la nivelul genunchiului, 142 bolnavi cu artoză primară. Deformitatea în varus a fost prezentă la 138, în valgus - 19. La 47 bolnavi
intervenţia a fost efectuată bilateral. Rezultatele tratamentului au fost evaluate conform scorului IKSS preoperator(în mediu 32) şi postooperator(în mediu
84) la 2-4 ani.
In our study we have surgically treated by total knee replacement 195 pacients with gonarthrosis. 16 pacients had rheumatoid arthritis. 142 pacients had
primary arthrosis of the knee. Varus deformity was found in 138 cases and 19 pacients showed valgus deformity. Bilateral knee replacement was done in 47
cases. The results of the treatment we evaluated by the IKSS score. Preoperative score 32 pts. and postoperative score was 84 pts. at 2-4 years. |
