Некоторые аспекты антиоксидантной терапии при гипоксических энцефалопатиях (обзор литературы)

Abstract

В данной статье отражены новые концепции патогенеза и терапии постгипоксической энцефалопатии. По данным литературы описывается клиническая классификация, биохимические стадии развития гипоксических энцефалопатий. Так же рассматриваются различные виды отёка мозга, патофизиологические звенья этого процесса. Отражены разновидности клинико-анатомических вариантов постаноксического поражения. Описаны основные синдромы неврологических расстройств перенесших гипоксические поражения центральной нервной системы, а так же основные направления антиоксидантной терапии.

This article reflects the new concepts of pathogenesis and therapy of post-hypoxic encephalopathy. On the basis of relevant sources of scientific information the article describes the clinical classification, biochemical stages of hypoxic encephalopathy. Different types of cerebral edema, the pathophysiological links of this process are also taken into consideration. The article reflects the variety of clinical and anatomic variants of post-anoxic injuries. Are described the main symptoms of neurological disorders in people who suffered from hypoxic injuries of the central nervous system, as well as the main directions of antioxidant therapy.
