Hernii de disc lombar la copii. Aspect de diagnostic şi tratament

Abstract

În articol sunt prezentate rezultatele examinări şi tratamentului a 28 copii cu hernie de disc intervertebral. Vârsta pacienţilor – între 13 şi 16 ani. Predominau băieţi – 17 (60,7%). Au fost discutate simptomatologia clinico-anamnestică, spondilografia standard şi cu probele funcţionale, tomografie computerizată, ultrasonografie. 18 (64,3%) din pacienţi luaţi în studiu au fost supuşi tratamentului chirurgical prin interlaminectomia foraminală a arcurilor vertebrelor adiacente, flavectomie asociată cu extirparea herniei, fasetectomie şi stabilizare cu fixarea prin: metalospondilodeză posterioară cu plăci metalice – 12 (66,7%) pacienţi, şi sistem transpedicular – 6 (33,3%) pacienţi. Rezultatele tratamentului chirurgical au fost îmbucurătoare soldându-se cu dispariţia durerilor.

А сliniсо-radiological analysis and the results of examination and treatment of hernia of the lumbar spine in 28 children aged 13 to 16 years are presented. In elucidation of the etiologic factors of the disease, in 26 (92,9%) of 28 children various anomalies of the spine development have been noted: bifid spine, sacralization, increase of transverse processes, tropism. Тhе clinical picture in children with the discogenic radiculitis is expressed by ргеdоminance of the spine deformity over the radiculаr painful syndrome. The prevalence of the kyphotic component over the scoliotic one was noted. The method of therapy is described.
