AbstractAcest studiu prezintă tratamentul consecutiv a 15 pacienţi cu abcese pancreatice pe cale endoluminală endoscopică, în perioada anilor 1998-2008. Accesul a fost transmural (transgastric sau transduodenal) fiecare aparte sau şi transpapilar. Această metodă este considerată în ultimul timp ca opţiune de tratament în abcesele pancreatice selectate.
This study review 15 consecutively treated pathients with pancreatic abscesses patients with the help of translumenal endoscopic drainage,for the period 1998-2008. The aproaches had been made single or in a combination of two methods: transmural ( transgastric or transduodenal ) and transpapilary. That curently can be considered a primary treatment option for selected pancreatic fluid collection.
