AbstractSunt prezentate rezultatele utilizării unor tehnici contemporane de tratament al obezităţii morbide la 30 de pacienţi. S-a stabilit că pierderea excesului masei corporale este mai demonstrativă pentru by-pass-ul gastric, dar riscul complicaţiilor precoce este mai mare. S-a constat efectul operaţiilor asupra metabolismului lipidic. S-au precizat indicaţiile pentru diferite tehnici bariatrice.
The modern methods for treatment of morbid obesity for 30 patients were presented. It was detected, that body mass lost is more conclusive for gastric by-pass, but the risk of early complications is higher. The influence of bariatric operations for lipid metabolism was described. The indications for different bariatric methods were established.
