Abstract

Managementul bolnavilor operaţi cu evoluţia insuficienţei intestinale postoperatorie rămâne una din cele mai actuale probleme chirurgicale, iar atitudinea terapeutică a fost şi este un important subiect de discuţii. În articolul dat sunt relatate concepţiile contemporane ce refletă unele aspecte patofiziologice asupra integrităţii barierei intestinale şi contrubuţia lor în evoluţia sindromului de insuficienţă intestinală postoperatorie.

The management of the operated patients with of the postoperative intestinal failure remains one most actual surgical problem, and therapeutical attitude rested till this time an important subject of discussions. This article examines the current concepts relating to some pathophysiological aspects of the intestinal barrier integrity and this account for the development of the postoperative intestinal insufficiency syndrome.
