| Abstract: | Conduita terapeutică în asistenţa politraumatizatului cu leziuni deschise ale locomotorului dictează temporar o atitudine locală inofensivă.
Aceasta favorizează frecvent asocierea infecţiilor. Tratamentul de acoperire chirurgicală a defectelor în prezenţa infecţiei este eficient prin
utilizarea lambourilor vascularizate.
Therapeutic approach in a politraumatized patient with open locomotor injuries requires temporarily a local inoffensive attitude. This
favors frequently the association of infections. The surgical coverage treatment of defects with infection presence is efficient by the use
of vascularized flaps. |
