Остеосинтез переломов костей таза у пострадавших с политравмой

Abstract

Sunt analizate cazurile tratate ale 592 pacienţi politraumatizaţi cu fracturi ale oaselor bazinului. S-a demonstrat că tratamentul chirurgical ale leziunilor inelului pelvin, cu dispozitiv extern pentru repoziţie şi fixare a oaselor bazinului, este eficient în orice tip de fracturi. Clasificarea elaborată a osteosintezei bazinului şi atitudinea diferenţiază în alegerea timpului şi schemei de osteosinteză, ţinând cont de posibilitatea corecţiei ulterioare a fragmentelor, permite micşorarea evidentă, a duratei de recuperare a structurii şi funcţiei inelului pelvin. Pentru aceasta, este necesar înzestrare materială concretă, personal calificat pregătit şi respectarea tacticii elaborate alese.

The analysis of 592 polytrauma patients with pelvis fractures was perfomed. It was demonstrated that treatment of the pelvic ring fractures with device for reposition and fixation of the pelvic bones is effective in every type of the fracture. Elaborated classification of pelvis osteosynthesis and differential approach to the choice of the time and intervention scheme, permit to considerably reduce the terms of recovery of pelvic ring finction. It is necessary to have respective technical equipment, qualified staff and to respect the chosen management tactic.
