Decimentări aseptice ale endoprotezelor de șold

Abstract

Studiul nostru cuprinde 71 revizii ale artroplastiei totale de șold, efectuate în anii 1992-2008. Intervalul de la endoprotezarea primară pînă la cea de reluare a variat de la 2 saptamîni la 12 ani. Au fost revizuite ambele componente protetice în 36.1%, componentul femural în 18.5%, si cel acetabular în 45,45%. Rezultatele cu o medie de urmărire de 93 luni, analizate după scorul Harris a evoluat de la 26 puncte în preoperator la 85 postoperator.

Our study comprised 71 revisions of total hip arthroplasties performed the last 16 years (1992-2008). The time elapsed from the primary hip replacement till the revision with a follow-up of minimum 2 weeks till 12 years. We have revised both components in 36,1%, the femoral component in 18,5%, and the acetabular cup in 45,45%. With a follow-up media of 93 months, the assessment after Harris score evaluated from 26 points preop to 85 points postop.
