Principiile osteosintezei moderne

Abstract

Lucrarea prezintă bibliografia consacrată filosofiei osteosintezei contemporane și rezultatele tratamentului la 956 pacienți cu fracturi la diferite nivele şi grade, internați în perioada 1995-2008 în clinica Ortopedie a Centrului Național Științifico-Practic Medicină de Urgență. Au fost precizate indicațiile și modalitatea de rezolvare a fracturilor în contextul osteosintezei biologice.

This article presents the bibliography of the modern osteosynthesis philosophy and the treatment of 956 pacients with fractures at different locations and of varying grades, from the Orthopedic Department of National Scientific Center of Emergency interned in the period 1995-2008. Some predications are made concerning the indications and the modes of reducing of the fractures in the bio-logic ostheosynthesis context.
