| Abstract: | The increased interesting recently earsis due to lactic
acidosis new etiological aspects, especially drug-induced
lactic acidosis, on the one hand and prognostic value of
lactatemia, especially for critical patient, on the other
hand. There are describes the main clinical entities and the
therapeutic means in second arylactic acidosis.
В последние годы появился повышенный интерес к
лактацидозу. Речь идет о медикаментозном молочно-
кислом ацидозе, с одной стороны, и прогностической
ценности лактатемии, особенно для тяжелобольных, с другой стороны. В статье описаны основные
клинические признаки и терапевтические средства в
лактацидозе. |
