Catedra de medicină militară şi a calamităţilor: trecut, prezent şi viitor

Abstract

Odată cu constituirea Forţelor Armate ale Republicii Moldova şi a Serviciului medical ca parte componentă indispensabilă a acestora, a apărut necesitatea de elaborare a unui concept de formare a cadrelor medico-militare. Această misiune ia revenit Catedrei de medicină militară şi a calamităţilor din cadrul IP USMF „Nicolae Testemiţanu”, care – cu altă denumire (Catedra militară), altă structură şi alte misiuni – a activat din anul 1945 până în anul 1991, când a fost lichidată. În 1992, prin hotărâre de guvern, a fost constituită Catedra de medicină militară şi a calamităţilor, care îşi onorează misiunile de formare şi perfecţionare a cadrelor medico-militare, de instruire a studenţilor în domeniul medicinei calamităţilor, precum şi de educaţie patriotică a tineretului studios. Actualmente, odată cu reformele preconizate în Forţele Armate, precum şi în sistemul de formare a cadrelor medicale din Republica Moldova, luând în considerare experienţa altor ţări, autorii vin cu propuneri privind optimizarea sistemului de formare şi perfecţionare a cadrelor medico-militare şi privind soluţionarea problemelor medicinei calamităţilor, activităţi nobile şi importante pentru ţară.

With the establishment of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Moldova and the Medical Department as an indispensable component of this, there appeared a necessity to develop a concept of training the medical-military personnel. This mission was given to the Department of Military Medicine and Disasters within the University of Medicine „Nicolae Testemitanu” which had another name „Military Department”. With another structure and another responsibility it operated from 1945 to 1991 when it was closed. In 1992 by the Government Decision, the Department Military Medicine and Disasters was established, which goals are training and improvement of the medical-military personnel, training students in the field of disaster medicine, as well as patriotic education of the youth. Currently, along with the reforms envisaged in the Armed Forces, as well as training system of medical personnel in the Republic of Moldova, taking into account the experiences of the other countries, authors come up with the suggestions to optimize the system of training and improving the medical-military staff and the problems of the disaster medicine, noble and important activities for the country.

Одновременно с созданием Вооруженных Сил Республики Молдова и медицинской службы, как их неотъемлемой составной части, возникла необходимость выработки системы подготовки и усовершенствования военно-медицинских кадров. Эта задача была осуществлена Кафедрой военной медицины и медицины катастроф из состава Государственного Университета Медицины и Фармации „Николае Тестемицану” Республики Молдова, которая с другим названием (Военная кафедра), составом и другими задачами осуществляла свою деятельность с 1945 до 1991 года, когда была ликвидирована. В 1992 году, постановлением правительства была создана Кафедра военной медицины и медицины катастроф, которая осуществляет подготовку и совершенствование военно-медицинских кадров, подготовку по медицине катастроф и патриотическому воспитанию студенческой молодёжи. В настоящее время, одновременно с предстоящими реформами Вооруженных Сил, а также подготовки медицинских кадров, учитывая опыт других стран, авторы статьи предлагают оптимизацию системы подготовки и усовершенствования военных медицинских кадров, а также подготовки студентов по медицине катастроф, что имеет важное значение для страны.
