Abstract: | Abstract
Background: At the present stage the peritoneal drainage is done more broadly. But sometimes it is difficult to see
and perform drainage/lavage of each respective recess in this cavity. Anatomical variations scholarship form of omental
bursae installed in embryogenesis and changes taking during lifetime can be an obstacle in drainage. Omental exchange of
spatial forms is poorly studied. There are not clear: shape, volume changes that occur depending on age, body weight and
illnesses incurred in the course of life.
Material and methods: To study the shape and volume of omental bursae on 20 models produced by the method
of filling the cavity scholarship suspension based on plaster. Casts were taken from cadavers of both sexes, different ages,
which during autopsy, were found different diseases research area, which is the purpose of the study.
Results: Plaster casts of omental bursae allowed us to perform an independent study, and we provided answers to the
questions, which have fundamental and practical interest, but at that moment, I have not found answers in special literature.
Conclusions: The research method allowed the establishment of the real linear parameters of omental cavity in individuals with various changes in this area, occurred during life. Mentioned casts is a three-dimensional model of the space
which is investigated by surgeon during operation and drainage through the bursoomentostomy, even if the test is done
by laparoscopic method. |
