Abstract

Obesity in children: etiology and pathophysiology. The article “Obesity in children: etiology and pathophysiology” lists the most common causes and mechanisms of development of excess of body mass in children. Taking into account the diversity of pathogenic mechanisms, as well as increasing the frequency of occurrence of obesity in children, the severity of the pathological process and consequences, it is necessary to develop new diagnostic and prevention methods.

În articol ”Obezitatea la copii – elemente de etiopatogenie” sunt redate cele mai frecvente cauze şi mecanisme de dezvoltare a excesului masei corporale la copii. Luînd în considerare diversitatea mecanismelor patogenetice la copii, gravitatea decurgerii procesului pathologic şi consecințele severe, apare necesitatea în elaborarea metodelor contemporane de diagnostic şi prevenție.
