Perspective în diagnosticul timpuriu al pacienţilor cu artrite inflamatorii

Abstract

Early initiation of the DMARD treatment leads to improvement of the clinical and radiological outcome. Obtaining sustained remissions or low activity of the disease, is also more easily achieved by early applying treatment. This study was focused on identifying the strategies meant to reduce the time between diagnosis and management of inflammatory arthritis, especially in rheumatoid arthritis. A systematic review of the literature, according to the Cochrane guides on systematic reviews, was undertaken.
