| Abstract: | There were presented analysis of recent views about importance, prognostic value and real incidence of pulmonary hypertension in patients with different grade of severity of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Also there were illustrated possibilities of modern diagnostic investigations and new clinical approach in pulmonary hypertension treatment in patients with pulmonary obstructive pathology.
Представлен анализ современных данных о важности, влиянии на прогноз основного заболевания, реальной распространённости легочной гипертензии у больных хроническими обструктивными заболеваниями лёгких. Подробно описаны диагностические возможности функциональных и инструментальных методов исследования при определении степени выраженности легочной гипертензии при хронической обструктивной патологии лёгких. |
