| Abstract: | Endoscopic examination of bronchi reveals inflammatory changes in patients of COPD group (B, C and D). For proper evaluation of endoscopic bronchial paintings, establishing an accurate diagnosis and selection of appropriate treatment must take into account not only the overall picture endobronchitis, but every endoscopic sign individually.
Эндоскопическое исследование бронхов позволяет выявить воспалительные изменения у больных всех групп ХОБЛ (В, С и D). Для правильной оценки эндоскопической бронхиальной картины, установления точного диагноза и выбора адекватного лечения необходимо принимать во внимание не только общую картину эндобронхита, но и каждый эндоскопический признак в отдельности. |
