Rolul și inovaţiile diagnosticului radiologic în depistarea tuberculozei și a cancerului pulmonar în condiţiile actuale

Abstract

The article shows the importance and actuality of radiological diagnostics in detecting and verifying the diagnosis of two important social diseases: tuberculosis and lung cancer. Here are established the peculiarities and coincidence with the radiological semiotics. It is underlined the integration necessity of phtisiopneumological, oncological and radiological services in order to optomize the population medical care.

В статье показана важность и актуальность лучевой диагностики в выявлении и верификации диагноза двух социально значимых заболеваний: туберкулеза и рака легких. Представлены особенности и сходство их рентгенологической семиотики. Показана целесообразность интеграции фтизиопульмонологической, онкологической, рентгенологической служб в целях оптимизации медицинской помощи населению.
