Estimarea indicatorilor de mortalitate din Republica Moldova prin prisma statisticilor europene

Abstract

Summary.

The comparative analysis of mortality in the Republic of Moldova, the European Union and the Russian Federation, in order to identify the objective and subjective factors, which modulate the duration of life, was done. Offi cial statistic data, which are part of annual reports of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Moldova, EUROSTAT and ROSSTAT for 2005/2006-2010 were used. It was found that in the Republic of Moldova the overall mortality rate for 100 000 inhabitants is 1.9 times higher than in the EU, and opposite, 1.2 times lower than in the Russian Federation. In comparison with the EU, in the Republic of Moldova it is registered a higher mortality provoked by respiratory pathology – 1.6 times, pathology of digestive system – 3.8 times, affections of cardiovascular system – 3.0 times, external causes – 2.7 times higher. Comparing with the Russian Federation, in the Republic of Moldova the standardized mortality rate has increased values in the case of deceases induced by affections of respiratory system –1.2 times and those of digestive system – 1.9 times higher, and decreased values in the case of deceases provoked by cardiovascular pathology – 1.2 times, tumors – 1.3 times and external causes – 1.7 times lower.

Резюме. В работе проведен сравнительный анализ показателей смертности в Республике Молдова, Европейском Союзе и Российской Федерации с целью выявления объективных и субъективных факторов, модулирующих продолжительность жизни. Для анализа были использованы официальные статистические данные, отраженные в ежегодных отчетах Министерства Здравоохранения Республики Молдова, ЕВРОСТАТАТА и РОССТАТА за 2005/2006–2010 года. Было выявлено, что общая смертность на 100000 жителей в Республике Молдова в 1,9 раза выше, чем в Евросоюзе, но в 1,2 раза ниже, чем в Российской Федерации. Относительно Евро союза, в Республике Молдова выше смертность заболеваний дыхательной системы – в 1,6 раза, внешних причин – в 2,7 раза, системы кровообращения – в 3,0 раза и заболеваний пищеварительной системы – в 3,8 раза. Относительно Российской Федерации, в Республике Молдова выше стандартизованный показатель смертности от заболеваний дыхательной системы – в 1,2 раза и пищеварительной системы – в 1,9 раз и ниже показатель смертности от заболеваний системы кровообращения – в 1,2 раза, опухолей – 1,3 раза, внешних причин – в 1,7 раза.
