Abstract: | Summary.
Principles of inclusive education are largely discussed
around the world. The goal of this publication is to analyze
the international experience on determinants of inclusive education. For an effective realization of inclusive
education the next determinant factors a discussed: legal
framework of inclusive education and appropriate mechanisms of its implementation, professionalism of educators
involved, accessibility of the buildings, adapted didactic
materials for all groups of children with different special
needs, application of pedagogical documentation as a
instrument of evaluation and visible education, involvement of supportive educators, adequate management of the
educational process (number of children in classes, number
of children with special needs in any group), positive attitude to the process of inclusive education, primarily of
the director of institution and of the team members with
confidence in effectiveness of inclusive education, etc. The most important determinant factor of inclusive education
is Curriculum, oriented on the child, enough flexible to be
good for children with special educational needs, but also,
for children with typical development. Резюме.
Принципы инклюзивного образования широко дискутируются во всем мире. Цель этой работы – проанализировать всемирный опыт детерминирующих факторов
инклюзивного образования, среди которых числятся
следующие: разумные политические решения и механизмы их реализации, профессиональная подготовка
кадров, доступность зданий, наличие адаптированных учебных материалов для различных групп детей,
использование педагогической документации как средство оценки и прозрачности воспитательного
процесса, вовлечение родителей и семьи в инклюзивном образовании, наличие воспитателей поддержки,
правильная организация воспитательного процесса
(адекватное число детей в классах, разумное количество детей с особыми потребностями в каждом
классе, позитивное и уверенное отношение к возможностям инклюзивного образования директора учебного заведения и сотрудников и др.). Самый важный
детерминирующий фактор для успешного инклюзивного образования является гибкая учебная программа,
ориентированная на ребенке, полезная как для детей
с особыми воспитательными потребностями, так и
для детей с типичным развитии. |
