Summary:

Extradigestive manifestations of gastroesophageal reflux disease are common and can be the main reasons for a physician office visit. We present a clinical case in which cardialgia as a symptom of gastroesophageal reflux disease prevailed over the esophageal symptoms, leading to patient hospitalization in the cardiological department.

Резюме: Внепищеводные проявления гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезни (ГЭРБ) встречаются часто и могут быть основной причиной обращения к врачу. Представляем клинический случай, когда кардиалгическая симптоматика ГЭРБ преобладала над эзофагеальной, что послужило причиной госпитализации больного в кардиологическое отделение.
