Abstract

Particular attention should be paid to the study of liver hemodynamics in patients with peptic ulcer disease, since in the case of an ulcer, liver disorders manifest themselves again. When evaluating hepatic hemodynamics, Doppler scan plays the role of identifying vascular structures, can demonstrate a change in liver blood fl ow in multiple pathologies, including peptic ulcer. The study of hemodynamics included the analysis of the quantitative index – the linear velocity of blood flow (LVS) in patients with duodenal ulcer.

Особое внимание необходимо уделить изучению гемодинамики печени у пациентов с язвенной болезнью (ЯБ), поскольку в случае язвы расстройства печени проявляются вторично. При оценке печеночной гемодинамики Допплер-сканирование играет роль идентификации сосудистых структур, может продемонстрировать изменение кровотока печени в множественных патологиях, включая ЯБ. Исследование гемодинамики включало анализ количественного показателя – линейной скорости кровотока у больных язвой двенадцатиперстной кишки.
