| dc.description.abstract | This study presents the results of the surgical correction of the advanced ascitic syndrome with decompression of the thoracic lymphatic duct by the original method in 236 patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis. It was established that the cervical decompression of the thoracic lymphatic duct is patogenetically argumentated, proving high efficiency and improving postoperative quality of life in patients with liver cirrhosis and advanced ascitic syndrome. | en_US |
