Corecţia chirurgicală a ascitei cirotice avansate prin decompresia ductului limfatic toracic

Abstract

This study presents the results of the surgical correction of the advanced ascitic syndrome with decompression of the thoracic lymphatic duct by the original method in 236 patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis. It was established that the cervical decompression of the thoracic lymphatic duct is patogenetically argumentated, proving high efficiency and improving postoperative quality of life in patients with liver cirrhosis and advanced ascitic syndrome.

Данное исследование представляет результаты хирургической коррекции авансированного асцитического синдрома через декомпрессию грудного лимфатического протока с применением оригинального метода у 236 больных с декомпенсированным циррозом печени. Было установлено, что декомпрессия грудного лимфатического протока является патогенетически обоснованным, показало высокую эффективность и может способствовать улучшению качества жизни больных циррозом печени с асцитом.
