Traumatismul - problemă medico-socială majoră pentru Republica Moldova

Abstract

Summary. Traumatism – important medical and social problem for the Republic of Moldova. The development of traumatism among the population of the Republic of Moldova is one of the important indicators of health, which appears frequently during the last 15 years. It is connected with elaboration and using of new productional technologies and it appears as usual characteristics of epidemy. The problem of traumatism appears at the international level so we want to evaluate the level of this problem and possibilities of it’s monitoring in the Republic of Moldova. Traumatism is the very important social – hygiene problem. The decision of this problem is connected with the Public Health improvement, with decreasing of the level of labor inability, invalidity, mortality, average longitude of life. The medical and social analysis of traumatism are done under the consideration of accidents gender and age particularities professions, character and localization of traumas, the place of medical care, consequences of traumas.

Резюме. Травматизм – важная медико-социальная проблема для Республики Молдова. Распространение травматизма среди населения Республики Молдова остается одним из важнейших показателей здоровья и часто проявляется в последние 15 лет в связи с разработкой и внедрением новых промышленных технологий, принимая привычные характеристики эпидемии. Акцентуация проблемы травматизма на мировом уровне побудило нас провести оценку уровня распространения и возможности мониторизации данной проблемы в Республике Молдова. Травматизм является важной социально-гигиенической проблемой, решение ее неразрывно связано с улучшением состояния здоровья населения, со снижением уровня временной нетрудоспособности, инвалидности, смертности, с увеличением средней продолжительности жизни. Медико-социальный анализ травматизма осуществляется с учетом: обстоятельств несчастных случаев; возрастно-половых особенностей, профессии; характера травм; локализации травм; места оказания медицинской помощи; последствий травм.
