Summary. The using of ecological management principles as a factor of market efficiency. The article is dedicated to the ecological effectiveness research, which is very important for modern market mechanism. We also make attention to the relationship between general management and quality management, as well their links with ecological management. The authers show also some criteria of evaluation of environment protection activity, quality norms of environment and resources, ecologic efficiency indicators.
