| Abstract: | In our study we have surgically treated by total knee replacement 19
pacients with gonarthrosis showed valgus deformity. 4 pacients had
rheumatoid arthritis. 15 pacients had primary arthrosis of the knee.
Bilateral knee replacement was done in 7 cases. The results of the
treatment we evaluated by the IKSS score. Preoperative score 32 pts.
and postoperative score was 84 pts. at 2-4 years.
В работе изложен опыт тотального эндопротезирования коленного сустава у 19 больных с дегенеративными заболеваниями
коленного сустава с вальгусной деформацией. В 4-х случаях –
больные с ревматоидным артритом, у 15-и больных – первичный
гонартроз. Результаты лечения были оценины по шкале IKSS
через 2-4 года после операции и составили до операции в среднем
32, после операции – 84 балла. |
