| Abstract: | This article describes
the clinical results of
the surgical treatment
of 138 pacient with postburn scar deformities at
upper limb. The author
analyzed the results of
surgical treatment of
patients with postburn
sequelae at upper limb.
The results permit to
appreciate the effect of
the surgical treatment
when speaking about
postburn contractures
before scar maturity
and increase the role
of tissue expansion in
postburn reconstructive
surgery.
В статье автор анализирует результаты хирургического
лечения 138 больных
с послеожоговыми
последствиями в области верхней конечности. Полученные
результаты помогли
определить роль хирургического лечения
рубцовых контрактур
до созревания рубцов
и возрастающее значение дермотензии
в реконструктивной
хирургии. |
