Particularităţile evoluţiei maladiilor cronice la persoanele din R. Moldova participante la lichidarea consecinţelor avariei de la CAE de la Cernobâl

Abstract

Summary. The particularities of evolution of chronic diseases in persons from the Republic of Moldova, who participated in liquidation of the consequences of the Chernobyl Accident. Moldovan citizens, who have participated in the liquidation of the consequences of the Chernobyl accident, were in contact with harmful factors for several times before being taken to the affected area. Still, there is showed an increase of chronic diseases to the targeted population. The contribution of the ionizing radiation to this increase can not be separated from the contribution of other harmful factors. In this context it is important to monitor the quota nominated population.

Резюме. Oсобенности течения хронических заболеваний у лиц из Республики Молдова, участвовавших в работах по ликвидации последствий аварии на Чернобыльской АЭС. Лица из Республики Молдова, участвовавшие в работах по ликвидации аварии на Чернобыльской АЭС, были уже многократно в контакте с другими вредными факторами, до пребывания в пораженной зоне. Отмечается постоянный рост числа хронических заболеваний у данного контингента. В динамике этого процесса нельзя отделить роль ионизирующей радиации от других вредных факторов. В этом контексте, очень важно дальнейшее наблюдение за этим контингентом.
