Профилактика хронического неязвенного колита и синдрома раздраженного кишечника

Abstract

Summary. Prevention of Chronic Non-Ulcerous Cholitis and the Irritated Intestine Syndrome. The lecture offers a contemporary scientific approach of dealing with the so-called irritated intestine syndrome. The problems of incidence, causes, pathogenesis, clinical picture, diagnosis including the laboratory and instrumental procedures are discussed. A complex long-standing and presumptive cause – related treatment is suggested, this being conditioned by the severity of symptoms. The importance of active follow-up examinations as well as the prevention of the irritated intestine syndrome development has been also treated.

Rezumat. Profilaxia colitei neulceroase cronice şi a sindromului de intestin iritat. Prelegerea oferă o abordare ştiinţifică contemporană a aşa-numitului sindrom al intestinului iritat. Sunt discutate aşa probleme ca incidenţa, cauzele, patogenia, tabloul clinic, diagnosticarea prin metode de laborator şi instrumentale. Se recomandă un tratament complex de durată şi condiţionat de cauza prezumtivă, acesta depinzând de gravitatea simptomelor. Este, de asemenea, abordată importanţa unei urmăriri în dinamică a bolnavilor, dar şi prevenirea dezvoltării sindromului intestinului iritat.
