Abstract: | In the last 18 years the Sanitary System of the Republic of Moldova passed
some essential structural modifications and nowadays is in a process of
continuous reforms.
The purpose of the reforms consists in the improvement of the extant structures of the healthy system from the territory and the growth of the quality
level of the granted services.
The principle – the free choice – is an efficient instrument of climbing of
the quality of the medical services. In this article are presented the results
of a sociologist test of the physicians from the prime medical sector from
Chisinau, as well as of the patients benefitting by prime medical assistance
as for the free choice of the medical institution and of the family doctor.
In the study took part 1852 persons from which 1231 patients and 598
physicians. In the point of the beneficiaries of the prime medical assistance
it was noticed an percentage balance as for the free choice of the public
medical- sanitary institution and of the family doctor, the recorded figures
being 88,7% and respectively 89,4%. There were found significant differences between the opinions of the managers, of the family doctors and of
the physicians as for the achievement of the principle of the free choice of
the family doctor and of the medical institution: the managers plead for the
free choice in the proportion of 77,7%, the physicians – of 78,7,% while
the family doctors – of 86,7%. За последние 18 лет система здравоохранения Республики Молдова
прошла через значительные структурные изменения и в настоящее
время находится в процессе дальнейших реформ. Целью этих реформ
является усовершенствование существующих структур системы
здравоохранения и улучшение качества предоставляемых медицинских
услуг.
Принцип свободного выбора медицинского учреждения и семейного
врача является эффективным инструментом улучшения медицинских
услуг. В настоящей работе представлены результаты опроса врачей,
работающих в первичной медицинской службе, а также пациентов,
которые обслуживаются в первичных медицинских учреждениях г.
Кишинэу.
В иcследовании участвовали 1852 человека, из которых 1231
пациентов и 598 врачей. Согласно результатам опроса пациентов,
был замечен баланс в выборе медицинского учреждения и семейного
врача, соответственно 88,7%. Имеются разные мнения по данному
вопросу у менеджеров, семейных врачей и врачей-специалистов: с
принципом свободного выбора согласно 77,7% менеджеров, 78,7%
врачей-специалистов и 86,7% семейных врачей. |
