Aprecierea gradului de informare și posibilitatea înrolării farmaciștilor în profilaxia tuberculozei

Abstract

Rezumat. Articolul prezintă situația precară a Republicii Moldova în ceea ce privește rata îmbolnăvirii cu tuberculoză rezistentă la tratament. Statul nostru ocupă locul IV în regiunea europenă după răspândirea tuberculozei cu rezistență multiplă la medicamente printre numărul total de persoane afectate de tuberculoză. S-a realizat sondajul farmaciștilor, în urma căruia a fost evaluat nivelul de cunoștințe despre tuberculoză pe care le posedă farmaciștii. S-a determinat care, după opinia lor, sunt căile de prevenire a infectării și s-au evaluat acțiunile care pot fi întreprinse în cazul depistării unuia din simptomele caracteristice tuberculozei. Potrivit răspunsurilor oferite în urma sondajului a fost constatat că, farmaciștii posedă cunoștințe vaste despe tuberculoză, ceea ce demonstrează profesionalismul sporit.

Abstract. The article presents a precarious situation of the Republic of Moldova regarding the rate of treatment-resistant tuberculosis. Our state occupies the fourth place in the European region after the spread of the tuberculosis with multiple drug resistance among the total number of people affected by tuberculosis. The survey of pharmacists was conducted, after which the level of knowledge about tuberculosis that pharmacists possess is evaluated. It was determined which, in their opinion, are the ways of preventing the infection and the actions that can be taken in case of detection of one of the symptoms characteristic of tuberculosis were evaluated. According to the answers given after the survey was found, pharmacists have extensive knowledge of tuberculosis, which shows the increased professionalism.
